Greetings and welcome! My name is Pasquale Zito and I am the owner of The Zito Firm PLLC, a boutique General Practice Law Firm servicing Long Island and New York City. I am the son of Italian immigrants and speak the language fluently (conversational Spanish). Growing up I was taught the values of respect, hard work, and honesty, all of which I apply in my business today. I was born and raised on Long Island where I attended the prestigious Chaminade High School in Mineola. Upon graduation from High School, I attended and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Scranton (B.S., Finance 2004) and my Masters Degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post (M.B.A., 2006). In 2009, I graduated from Touro Law School in Central Islip (J.D., 2009). I have been admitted to the New York State Bar since 2010.

Since obtaining my Law Degree, I have been practicing predominately in the area of Real Estate and have been involved in several hundred Real Estate Transactions. In addition to the practice of Law, for the past 15 years, I have managed a successful Real Estate portfolio that encompasses properties stretching from Long Island to Manhattan. This combination of Property Manager and Law Professional gives me unique set of skills that I employ in my practice. As your attorney, I will pride myself on always being available to assist you, in whatever legal issue you may have, while making the interaction as stress-free and enjoyable as possible.
